How to Redeem

• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to the e-Pay balance.
• The GV/GC CANNOT be clubbed with any offer/discount on the website.

How to Use:

1. Visit the foxtale website. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Login with your mobile no. & select your address
3. You can add vouchers to your e-Pay balance, and your balance will be shown.

Terms & Conditions

1. This is a Foxtale GV/GC that will be accepted on the website through this URL: https://foxtale.in/. It cannot be returned/refunded once issued.
2. The user with the GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary.
3. The GV/GC can be converted into e-Pay, as per convenience of the holder.
4. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV/GC is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
5. Only valid Foxtale GV/GC at the sole discretion of Foxtale, shall be accepted for redemption.
6. The Foxtale e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
7. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any situation.
8. The GV/GC CANNOT be clubbed with ongoing discounts on the Foxtale website.
9. The Foxtale GV/e-pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
10. The Foxtale GV/GC can be used for eligible purchases of products and services at the Foxtale website.
11. The Foxtale is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
12. Foxtale, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/GC number, pin, or account credentials resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
13. Foxtale GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Foxtale reserves the right to add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
14. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of Foxtale GV/GC, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
15. Any dispute should be referred to the company from where Foxtale GV/GC has been received, and the company’s decision shall be final.
16. Foxtale reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at their sole discretion.
