How to Redeem

Step 1: Login/ Sign up at www.muscleblaze.com or the MB app
Step 2: Under my account, go to MB cash
Step 3: Enter the gift card number from your card to add the MB cash to your account

Terms & Conditions

1. Gift Cards are issued by MuscleBlaze.
2. Gift Cards can be redeemed only on www.muscleblaze.com against listed sellers.
3. To redeem, the Gift Card must first be added to your MB Wallet as MB Cash. Gift Cards cannot be used directly at checkout and must be converted to MB Cash before use.
4. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, reloaded, or resold. They are available only through authorized MuscleBlaze sellers.
5. Once redeemed and credited as MB Cash: a. If the order value exceeds the MB Cash balance, the difference must be paid via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking. b. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for the balance payment.
6. If the order value is less than the MB Cash balance, the remaining amount will continue to reflect in the MB Wallet.
7. Gift Cards and any unused MB Cash balance will expire 12 months from the date of issue.
8. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. They are transferable only in the form of MB Cash.
9. MuscleBlaze is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.
10. Gift Card validity cannot be extended, and replacements will not be provided for expired or unused Gift Cards.
11. If the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (KYC) details are found to be incorrect or insufficient, MuscleBlaze reserves the right to cancel the issued Gift Card.
