The Shipping Policy
At MISO, we take care to ensure your orders are processed, packed and delivered safely and efficiently.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 6–8 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery
Orders are shipped through trusted and registered courier partners across India.
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your address, PIN code and contact number are accurate to avoid delivery delays.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will make up to two delivery attempts.
If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, recipient unavailability or refusal to accept the package, it may be returned to MISO.
Shipping Delays
Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through your registered contact details.
